We gave the HTC Sensation high marks in terms of hardware; not surprising, as HTC builds devices with fantastic build quality. But after about a month of use, we might have to reconsider the build quality of the Sensation. It turns out that if you have a nervous habit of removing the back battery cover, the volume rocker of the Sensation might fall out, as happened to us. Worse, we don’t know where exactly the volume rocker fell out, so we’re left with an inoperable volume switch (only usable if you find a key or paper clip to press the inset buttons). Has anyone else had this hardware failure with the Sensation?
