At the time HTC announced the white HTC Sensation running Android 4.x Ice Cream Sandwich to land starting March, the Taiwanese phone and tablet maker also informed the world that Ice Cream Sandwich updates for all Sensation models will soon be available (probably around the time the white Sensation running ICS will be released).
However, the company said in a recent statement that it is preparing “early access to the latest software for some of HTC’s loyal fans and developers, beginning with a preview of the Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) software upgrade for the HTC Sensation and HTC Sensation XE in Europe“. No further details have been made public but given that official updates are on their way in the coming weeks (or at least they should be), our guess is that you shouldn’t be upset if you’re not among the select few to get these previews.
