Like most phones these days, the high-end HTC Rezound has been seen numerous times prior to tomorrow’s expected NYC debut — it’s hard to keep a highly-anticipated phone like this secret. Now we’ve got some official press shots showing off all the angles.
Headed for Verizon’s 4G LTE network, the handset formerly known as Vigor has been tipped to feature a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, and will likely be HTC’s first phone to offer a 720p HD display. As the first Beats-infused phone to hit a US carrier, bundled earbuds and enhanced audio are pretty much a given. A Gingerbread build of Android is probably going to ship here, but we’d be surprised if an Ice Cream Sandwich update wasn’t released fairly soon.
According to Droid-Life, Rezound should begin shipping in the middle of the month for $299 on contract.
