Launched a tad more than a month ago on September 15, the HTC Desire HD has received its first official over-the-air ROM update from HTC now available as a reference on the manufacturer’s website.
While your Android system might notify you of the existence of a new update at certain schedules, it’s not a bad practise to force check for updates. The new software update available will replace your original software with a new one of version 1.32.405.3. According to the support description this will solve issues related to screen control and bring photo message compatibility enhancements. HTC recommend you to back up your personal data before going for the update and so do we. Remeber to drop us a line and leave a feedback on the new ROM.
