If you are a ROM developer that means you can get your hands dirty and check out the bits released. If you are a poweruser addicted to tweaking, hacking and improving, you know it’s one step towards another custom ROM for your device — or even for another non-Desire S. Even if you’re not into that, you could see improvements as people check out every bit and report bugs which could be fixed for your smartphone.
