The HTC One S, part of the One series of HTC’s Android line-up with the One X and the One V, is expected to land on T-Mobile’s network by this time next week.

Following the source link you’ll land on the official T-Mobile page for the phone where it is listed with a coming soon label and a price tag of $599.99 (which is a full retail price). Unfortunately this doesn’t give out any information about pricing when the phone is purchased with a two-year contract.
