More and more OEMs are starting to deliver Ice Cream Sandwich updates — we’ve recently seen the official ICS update for the Samsung Galaxy S II — and HTC is part of those. Yesterday we saw the HTC Velocity (Raider/Vivid) getting its Android 4.0 treat and the manufacturer is giving out more information related to other phones in its line-up.
On the official HTC blog the Taiwanese manufacturer told the world that the following phones will receive an official update: DROID Incredible 2 by HTC, HTC Amaze 4G, HTC Desire S, HTC Desire HD, HTC EVO 3D, HTC EVO Design 4G, HTC Incredible S, HTC Sensation, HTC Sensation XL, HTC Sensation 4G, HTC Sensation XE, HTC Raider, HTC Rezound, HTC Rhyme, HTC Thunderbolt, and HTC Vivid.
If you’re rocking one of these keep an eye out for the refresh. When? The roll-out process is “in the early stages” “for the HTC Sensation and HTC Sensation XE and upgrades will be more widely available in the next few weeks”.
