A little while ago I unboxed and booted up the HTC Desire HD on camera for you. The unboxing video turned out pretty good, but due to a perfect storm of tripod configuration, lighting, and a ridiculously reflective screen, the first boot video didn’t turn out that well.

After several days of reconfiguring my setup and a “factory reset” of the phone, I’ve got a first boot video that I think you’ll be a little more happy with.
