HTC has been really outdoing itself lately when it comes to allowing the bootloaders of more of its Androids to be unlocked. The company got off to a slow, if not respectable start, but the last few weeks have really seen an upswing in the rate at which HTC is bringing these unlocks to its existing lineup of smartphones. Just last week, the Desire HD joined that growing list. Today, HTC officially adds support for an additional handful of models.

Today’s roster of inductees features the Desire Z, as well as its carrier-branded version, the T-Mobile G2. There’s also the international version of the ChaCha, as well as its AT&T version, the Status. HTC rounds-out this group of aging hardware with the Aria and finally, the Droid Incredible, receiving bootloader unlock support some twenty-one months after its launch.
