An Amazon storefront has begun selling cases for two unannouced HTC handsets: the HTC Bliss and HTC Kingdom. While both devices have been rumored, only Kingdom has been pictured thus far — and that’s still the case, as PodJunkies is displaying the gel skin protectors sans the usual dummy phones. It’s not unusual for etailers to advertise accessories as being compatible with upcoming phones — anyone can follow the news and add rumored devices to their list of supported handsets — but the form-fitting nature of these cases suggests that manufacturer Qubits has access to molds of the actual products.
Kingdom, destined for Sprint, has already had most of its specs revealed thanks to a leaked ROM: 1.2GHz single-core processor, four-inch qHD display, and 768MB of RAM powering a Gingerbread 2.3.3 device. Bliss, meanwhile, remains mostly a mystery — its existence as a female-focused handset bound for Verizon was tipped by This is my next, but a full feature set remains elusive. Judging from the outline of the pictured case, we are not looking at the leaked HTC Glamor — another “smartphone for women” — as that device appears to have a rounder body.
