Windows Mobile folks have been swapping out their Shell (the core user-interface, including the Home or “Today” screen) for who knows how long. Luckily we can do the same thing on Android by swapping out something called the “Launcher”, and it’s as easy as finding the one you want in the Android Market, downloading, and install it. How much easier can it get?

Zune Home is US$0.99 from the Android Market.
