The developer who designed the Rotary Revamped and Lense lockscreens in CyanogenMod 7 is working on a new lockscreen style, based roughly on the lockscreen on Honeycomb tablets.

Although not meant to be an exact copy, his goal was to offer a “similar experience while also providing as much informations as possible” on an elegant lockscreen for Gingerbread phones and tablets.

Currently it’s nothing more than a concept, but if things progress as planned, the developer hopes to include this as an option in an upcoming CM7 release.
