Sony, as promised, started delivering the official Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S, Neo V and Ray. However, the roll-out process is starting in Scandinavia but if you want to grab the refresh earlier it is possible.
You can choose one of the following two methods to grab ICS now, instead of waiting for your region to be added to the list. You can either flash a Generic Nordic firmware which would rebrand your phone to Nordic firmware or you could flash the appropriate FTF files for your handset. Of course, you would be tampering with your phone and often times this is dangerous as you might end up with a brick but if you just can’t wait to grab that Android 4.0 update, follow the source link below for more details.
