There’s no rock solid indication yet that the Samsung GT-i9020 might be the rumored Nexus S but for sure it’s an unannounced Samsung smartphone which could or could not turn out to be the Nexus One follow-up.

Ben Saitz, director of Media & Platforms Solutions, Theresa Sobczak, User Experience researcher and Benjamin Staffin, Site Reliability engineer, all with Google, have posted several pictures taken with a yet unseen Samsung GT-i9020 as the image tags reveal. We hinted the handset might be the Nexus S but so far we have several pictures – one showing a nice Google branded bus taken with a 5-megapixel camera on a Samsung GT-i9020. This is a clear indication towards the existence of such device even if it is in the testing phase but let us know in the comments if you think the Samsung GT-i9020 is the Nexus S or not.
