Last week Google promised in-app purchases for the Android Market to arrive in the near future and now they have finally flipped the switch on the system which has gone live and operating.
Developers will be able to introduce in-app billing in their applications and users will be able to make those purchases right from within the applications themselves. This will give developers more room and choices to monetize their applications. The moment Google started to service there were already seven titles ready for launch in the Market that support in-app payments. Of course, more will come! What do you think about in-app purchases and Google’s finally allowing it?
