Remember that special edition Google Nexus S we told you about at its time? It had the special Android Andy featured on its back battery cover. In a fairly similar way, there’s a special edition Google Galaxy Nexus.
According to recent reports, this is how the special edition pure Ice Cream Sandwich phone looks, the one that Google seems to be giving out to its employees for Christmas. The back no longer features Andy but interestingly, various Metro-style icons. So far employees in Google’s London and Zurich offices are getting the phone as a gift but chances are all Google workers will be able to claim one, though there’s no confirmation from Mountain View as of this moment.
