Yesterday, we showed you how to get the Android 2.3 Gingerbread keyboard on rooted devices running Android 2.2 Froyo. Today, we’ve come across another piece of the Gingerbread puzzle, the launcher, courtesy of Paul O’Brien of MoDaCo. This is rather bare-bones in nature, but if you’re going for that stock Gingerbread look, green accents and all, it may be of interest to you. It even has the conveniently placed “manage apps” option when pulling up the menu on the Home screen. Is this launcher a worthy replacement for whichever option you’re currently running? We’ll leave that up to you to decide. Grab it from the Android Market for free by searching “Gingerbread Launcher” or scan the QR code below.
