Over the past several weeks, we’ve seen plenty of pictures of devices claiming to be the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S III. That’s included several photos of models obscured by cases, but based on everything we’ve seen so far, even when we can only see the face of the handset, it’s seemed like the only color option for the phone would be black. A new leak suggests that might not be the case, and Samsung will have at least two color options available for the GS3′s launch.
If you’ll think back to the invitation Samsung distributed for its event tomorrow (look up for a reminder), the one we’re expecting will reveal the Galaxy S III, you’ll recall the blue and white splotches it featured. Perhaps that was a bit of a clue, as this leak shows both blue and white versions of the GS3.
Supposedly sourced from Carphone Warehouse’s computer system, this screenshot shows both color variants, but oddly no black version. Despite the solid-colored black faceplates we’ve been seeing, perhaps the only thing black about the GS3 will be its bezel. We’re not sure how likely that might be, as some potential buyers may be turned-off by a non-black phone that doesn’t look “professional” enough, so maybe the black GS3 is just listed separately in the system.
