Ready for your daily dose of Galaxy Nexus release rumors? It’s looking like smartphone fans in Europe will have the first shot at buying the phone tomorrow, but the US release is as nebulous as ever. Yesterday we saw the phone put in its time with the FCC, and saw a leak that showed a pending Verizon order for hundreds of thousands of the handset. We’re moving by inches, not yards, here, and until there’s some hard evidence for the release schedule, we’ll just keep looking for little signs that things are coming along. Today’s progress takes the form of Verizon’s accessories page for the Galaxy Nexus, which has apparently just gone live.
Right now, the page doesn’t feature any cool Galaxy Nexus-specific accessories, but only a universal power pack. The point isn’t the accessories themselves, though, but the presence of the page at all, showing Verizon getting its ducks in a row for the upcoming launch. We’re holding out hope that we’ll see it arrive before the end of the month.
