AT&T Captivate owners daring to push the limits on their Hummingbird processors can proceed to XDA-Developers to overclock their Galaxy S smartphones to 1.2 GHz. Theoretically, you can go up to 1.6 GHz safely, though 1.2 GHz so far is the safe, stable cap. If you have a need for speed, you can go to XDA-Developers for the details and instructions.
