After several rumors concerning the release date for the HTC Thunderbolt — the most recent hinted towards February 24 — and Verizon’s own tweet stating that it might be sooner than you’d thought, Grand Rapids South Best Buy location has just posted the availability date on its Facebook page.

While this might as well be an error of some sort — even though it’s aligning pretty well with previous mid-February release date rumors — the HTC Thunderbolt is listed as being available on February 14, 2011, that is just a couple of days away from the iPhone 4. Whether the update will be deleted or not is yet to be seen but in case there’s any truth to the info, we might see Verizon make a couple of announcements pretty soon!
