With the AT&T version of the Motorola Atrix 4G landing just next month, it makes sense that other global carriers would be stocking the Tegra 2-powered Android 2.2 smartphone (which happens to tout a monster 1GB of RAM) shortly after that. A leaked internal document from Bell Canada shows the Atrix 4G with a launch date of March 17. No word yet on price.
