A few days ago we heard that AT&T was readying an update to their HTC Aria which will bring it up to Android 2.2 Froyo. The scheduled release was the infamous “soon” — which often takes months to arrive.

This time around we lucked out, according to a post on their Facebook page, AT&T says the Froyo update for the HTC Aria should start rolling out today, February 25th, 2011.

They’ve promised they’ll update their Facebook page as soon as the update is available.
