SPB has announced the availability of its Android version of SPB Mobile Shell UI alternative through a private beta tester program involving the consumer variant of the software. We first heard about the newest version with the occasion of the Mobile World Congress back in February after which it was launched at the beginning of October.
We then saw a demonstration of Mobile Shell 5 on a Samsung Galaxy S Android 2.1 Éclair device and recently it looks like the application is almost finished. The programmers are looking for private beta testers for the new 3D UI solution which is advertised to bring cutting edge performance to the user interface and overall experience by utilizing graphic animations with up to 60 frames per second.
