With Google Android being so popular in various parts of the world, the company introduced “buyer’s currency” for Market purchases and has recently extended the purchases to a total of 131 countries.
If you live in a region that until now had no access to purchases on the Android Market, you might want to check the source link for an updated list of all the countries Google is now accepting purchases from. Yes, some applications and services might be US-only but you should be able to choose from a cornucopia of applications as many new regions and countries have been added.
