A while back we told you how to run Android on your desktop or laptop computer. Why? Because you can.
Now that the Gingerbread source code has been released, it was only a matter of time before someone took on the challenge of running Gingerbread on their laptop. That honor falls to Ah Wei.
If Google’s translation of the page is accurate, the code is bootable, sound and Wi-Fi are working, but ethernet, and mouse support still aren’t available.
With this kind of progress coming from the open-source community, one has to wonder about the future of Chrome OS. Would you run Android on your tablet?
