Of course everyone know that Motorola is planning on updating the AT&T Atrix 4G to Android 2.3 Gingerbread since the smartphone manufacturer clearly made its intentions public last month. But when can you expect it and what will it bring?

The guys over at Briefmobile managed to get their hands on an alleged Android 2.3 Gingerbread build for the Motorola Atrix 4G. They’ve also made a video walkthrough of the ROM which will reportedly hit sometime this month or the next. Since the build is far from being public yet all we’ve got is the video embedded below. There will initially be an Android 2.3.3 update with a later platform refresh to 2.3.4. Let’s just hope it will be before Ice Cream Sandwich starts showing.
