Unlocked DROID Turbo 2 units on eBay for $400

Verizon is still interested in keeping its DROID Turbo 2 selling well and prettily as the starting price continues to hold at $624. But for those on the outside looking in, the shatter-proof Motorola phone meant for the “Verizon lifer” doesn’t have to be that way. It can be meant for anyone, really.

As of this post, an eBay reseller (219056 feedback score with 98.7 percent positive feedback) has sold 13 refurbished 32GB Droid Turbo 2 phones, said to be at around a “B+” in terms of cosmetics. They’re factory unlocked and therefore, GSM-only. The going price? $399.95 with free shipping.

AT&T buyers will get an edge over T-Mobile ones as the phone has band 5 LTE, not band 12. No other changes have been made. Just to be clear, we’re still talking about the DROID Turbo 2 and not the similar Moto X Force which has different and more antennas.

So, is a deal a deal? You tell us. Get one, too, if you’re feeling it — we don’t know how limited stock is.
