Galaxy S7 vs. Galaxy S6 at MWC: same song, different melody (Video)

Would the two phones harmonize with one another? Perhaps they’d come along to the tune of the Avett Brothers’ “Live and Die”?

You and I, we’re the same. Live and die, we’re the same.

Actually, the chorus does have a harmony, now that we think about it.

But they’re not the same, as much as they look it. For one, the edges found on the S6 are more rounded on the the S7. The Galaxy S7 can be seen in freshwater, down to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes, while the Galaxy S6 has to stay on terra firma. That’s the power of an IP68 rating.

Better battery life and the microSD card slot makes a return on the S7. Our Anton D. Nagy put it best in our video:

What you bought was what you got was what you needed to live with.

Other than the usual spec upgrades, including a camera change-out, we’re looking pretty on this comparison. Why don’t you look as well?
