Welcome to Android Marshmallow, AT&T LG G4 owners

Annnd coming in third place, it’s AT&T.

We’ve been keeping track of software updates for carrier versions of the LG G4 as it was one of the first phones to get bumped to Android Marshmallow. But it’s been a fun exercise in watching carriers go through their own processes with editing and sending out the update package.

Thus, we come to AT&T,  just behind T-Mobile and all behind Sprint in the US for broadcasting the Android 6.0 OTA which includes a change to video calling as well.

As the roll-out rolls on, we watch Verizon to see when it will get its software act together.
