Black Milanese Loop band caught in European Apple Online Stores

The Apple Watch is doing pretty okay as far as being a smartwatch goes. It has the name recognition and the price of an Apple product, though. So when it came to consumers compromising on value and prestige, many chose to get the Apple Watch Sport (the least expensive of the cases out there) with the Milanese Loop band (one of the more expensive ones).

It’s that kind of combination that catches fire with the public and as such, you’d expect more of the same, only better, right? Well, Apple gave us a little teaser of that same-but-better 42mm Milanese Band — this time in Space Black.

As 9t05Mac notes, there have been third-party-made bands like this one, but a first-party solution will definitely garner more attention.

Funny story: the Czech Apple Store site briefly had the product on display before taking it down shortly after (as of our post, Google still has Apple Czech’s listing up for “vesmírně černý milánský tah,” but the page is not there). Apple Store sites for Portugal and Hungary also temporarily listed the black Milanese Loop band. Shipping is described to be starting next week, but we don’t have pricing down.

Inquiries to Apple on this mystery have been posted.
