The GX8’s chassis scores a 90 percent grade in metal. There’s a Snapdragon 615 — admittedly a tad bit old in the world of mid-range silicon, especially as Huawei used it in its P8 Lite — along with a 5.5-inch full HD display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage which you can max out with a microSD card up to 128GB in size. The back of this baby has an optically stabilized camera AND a fingerprint sensor — two features you don’t typically find in phones of this price range.
What’s the GX8’s price range? It’s not a range: $350. And it launches this quarter.
But seeing is believing, so we’ll let you believe with our hands-on video here.
