Upcoming Microsoft Lumia flagships, the Lumia 950 and 950XL, leaked in these renders
The Cityman and Talkman are codenames for two smartphones that Microsoft will allegedly unveil in the near future. According to some reports, October 19 is the date to circle in your calendar if you are looking forward to seeing new Microsoft Lumia flagships. While we’ve been seeing renders and leaks of all sorts regarding the two aforementioned phones, the leak we’re looking at is hopefully going to further clarify things.
The images above and below appear to be official press renders (claimed as such) of the two upcoming Microsoft Lumia flagships, the aforementioned Cityman (above) and Talkman (below). These devices will probably reach the market as the Microsoft Lumia 950 (Talkman) and Lumia 950XL (Cityman), but we know that the numbers should have been 940, according to the earliest leaks.
As far as the aspect is concerned, they both seem to be rather squared, and apparently made from polycarbonate. A Windows logo is present on the back, and, as the side angles seem to show off, both cameras on the two smartphones seem to be protruding.
As far as the specs are concerned, rumors talk about a 5.2-inch QHD OLED display, a six-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, 20- and 5MP shooters, 3,000mAh battery, wireless charging, USB Type-C and Iris scanner for the Talkman (Lumia 950).
The Cityman (Lumia 950XL) should be the larger among the two, with a 5.7-inch QHD OLED display. While most of the specs remain the same, the differences can be found in the processor (octa-core Snapdragon 810), and the 3,300mAh battery, in addition to support for the Surface Pen.
Another image of the Cityman has also been leaked (below) which seems to show off the upcoming device attached to an accessory which will allegedly not only enable the Continuum feature, but will allow users to connect additional USB devices to the smartphone.
