HTC A9 pictured next to iPhone 6, and they have a lot in common

Remember the HTC Aero, aka A9? Yesterday we posted an HTC A9 leak in the form of a press render, and that phone looked a lot like the Apple iPhone 6. As a matter of fact, the resemblance was so obvious that some readers were asking themselves why exactly did we decide to run the story, which seemed to be an obvious “fake”. Well, it’s not, and whether that’s a good or a bad thing is completely up to you.

The image above was posted on Weibo and claims to show off the upcoming A9, next to the phone it looks a lot like: the iPhone. While this HTC A9 leak seems to confirm the previous one, we’re still not sold on its veracity, and, at the moment, there’s no way in verifying it. However, we’re asking you: what do you think? Is this the real deal? And, if yes, what kind of move is this from HTC?
