Not only the Apple rumors are getting more frequent by the day, dealing with the next smartphone, but this recent report from Bloomberg tells us straight up that the Apple iPhone 6s with Force Touch is already in production. We’ve already heard reports hinting that the Cupertino-based company is preparing to bring a key Apple Watch feature to its next smartphone, but, if this report is true, it serves as an early confirmation.

The information comes from “people with knowledge of the matter”, who also claim that the two upcoming iPhones will have the same screen sizes and very similar outer aspect. This is not something new, and unpredictable, as this year, according to Apple’s release cycles, we’re looking ahead of a minor refresh, an “s”-release.

Force Touch is a feature of the Apple Watch (and the latest MacBook), that senses how hard users are pressing down on a screen, in order to take different actions for different types of pressure and touches. Production is expected to gain volume next month.
