Dell Venue 10 7000 Android tablet announced
It’s been a while since we’ve seen an Android tablet from Dell (the Venue 8 7000 from last October, to be specific), but the manufacturer has just announced its bigger sibling, the Dell Venue 10 7000, which basically takes a lot of its internals from the smaller sibling. However, with the Dell Venue 10 7000, the company went bigger, as the slate is equipped with a 10.5-inch OLED screen, with a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels.
That bump on the back/side (depending on how you hold it) houses the battery (while unrated officially, it should be good for 7 hours, according to Dell), as well as the speakers. Everything is powered by the quad-core Intel Atom Z3580 processor, which also gives life to the Intel RealSense snapshot depth camera.
Dell is pretty stingy with details, but emphasizes on the magnetic keyboard which is backlit and can help you position the tablet in five different configurations: tablet, slate, stand, tent or clamshell modes.
May is when you should look for the Dell Venue 10 7000, and it will go for USD $499.00, and $629.00 with keyboard, respectively. You can check out more at the press release in the source link below.
