Dropbox update brings easy uploads on iPhone, iPad
If you’re an iPhone or iPad user and the cloud storage solution of your choice is Dropbox, you should go ahead and update your client to the latest one available. Your iTunes Store app will notify you of the new version, but if you don’t have Dropbox installed, you can grab the newest version from the source link below.
Aside from the usual bug fixes and various improvements, with the latest Dropbox update, your uploads become even easier. The app now supports a new Action Extension for iOS 8 devices which allows you to save files straight to Dropbox from within your favorite apps. This means that you can now easily upload to Dropbox from your iOS Photos app. However, you will need to enable the extension, so, the first time you want to share something, like an image for instance, tap that Share button, scroll all the way to the right on the gray actions list, tap More, and flip Save to Dropbox to on.
