Last Thursday saw the second big US carrier share its plans for the arrival of LG’s G3, as Sprint revealed details about its start to G3 pre-orders, coming up this Friday. That followed T-Mobile’s earlier announcement, leaving Verizon and AT&T as the holdouts. Over the weekend we got to check out G3 renders from all four of the networks, but didn’t pick up on any updates about AT&T or Verizon availability. Today, AT&T finally goes official with its G3 sales details, while also welcoming the G Watch to its shelves.
Pre-orders for the G3 and orders for the G Watch open at AT&T tomorrow. The G Watch will go for the same just-south-of-$230 price you’ll find at the Play Store, while the G3 will sell for about $200 on contract. The G3 finally arrives this Friday, when sales of both the phone and the smartwatch come to AT&T retail stores.
There’s also an offer giving shoppers a 50% savings on LG accessories alongside a G3 pre-order, letting you pick up the G Watch at a pretty substantial discount if you were planning to grab both.
With the G3 so close to arriving in the States, it probably won’t be long now before Verizon similarly chimes in with news of its own launch plans.
