Samsung Exynos 5433 tops Snapdragon 801 and 805 in AnTuTu benchmark

The Samsung Exynos 5433 was initially mentioned in an early June report, when we heard of the company’s plans to skip the 5430, and go with the Exynos 5433 instead. On that exact note, there were rumors claiming that one of the upcoming Note 4 models will indeed run on the Exynos 5433 chip, while another variant, for Samsung’s home turf, would be powered by the Snapdragon 801 SoC from Qualcomm.

Apparently, as you can see in the image above, the Exynos 5433 has been benchmarked by AnTuTu. That, by itself, is not a huge deal, but the fact that it managed to get a higher benchmark score than both the Snapdragon 801 and 805 might be. Of course, we here at Pocketnow strongly believe that it’s not the benchmarks (and the results) that matter, but still. There are also chances that the scores we’re seeing are not 100% legit, as benchmark results can be altered.

For now, we’ll leave you with the chart above (and some more at the source link below), but we’ll definitely tell you more as soon as we hear new info.
