Samsung is quite famous for launching anything and everything it can, and also choosing some interesting names along the line. We remember the company’s launch of its Milk Music service, which while cool since it offers access to around 200 radio stations and 13 million songs, was also disappointing in the fact that it was exclusive to Samsung smartphones in the US. If you’re interested in getting a load on the goods, the story behind Milk Music is still not a good one, but it just got a tad better.
Samsung has just decided to do the first obvious step in expanding Milk Music to its tablets, or at least some of them. At the moment we can confirm that it’s being supported by the Galaxy TabPRO series, the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2, and the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition. We should hear support for additional tablets later, though if you’re interested in getting this outside the US, tough luck for now.
We do expect this service to have some sort of premium at some point, but for now it is cool to see Samsung daring to compete in such a bold way. Got Milk?
