Regardless of how much you would rather stick to flagship phones, it’s really hard to ignore the existence of the Moto G. It’s not the hottest phone in the world when it comes to specs, but all that changes when you have a look at its price tag. If its lack of 4G LTE connectivity kept you away from buying one, this is the right time to think again.

Motorola has just launched the 4G LTE variant of the Moto G that it announced a couple of weeks ago. For the crazy amount of just $219, you can get your hands on a very decent smartphone that gives a lot of last-year’s flagships a run for their money. Obviously you could also be worried about the little storage available on the Moto G, but Motorola also thought of that, so remember this is the first Moto G variant with expandable storage. UK customers should expect it to be launched around June 30th as well.

Would these recent updates to the Moto G give you a good reason to buy one? Make sure you share your thoughts in the comments, and also have a look at our review of the previous model while you’re at it.
