Apple Q2 2014 results: 43.7 million iPhones, 16.3 million iPads

The Apple Q2 2014 results are in after the usual conference call and press release published officially, including financial results for fiscal 2014 second quarter which ended on March 29, 2014. If you’re interested in figures, $45.6 billion ($43.6 billion in the same period of the previous year) is the quarterly revenue and $10.2 billion ($9.5 billion in the same period of the previous year) is the quarterly net profit.

However, if you’re more interested in units sold, Apple can brag about 43.7 million iPhones, and 16.3 million iPads sold. Tim Cook said “We’re very proud of our quarterly results, especially our strong iPhone sales and record revenue from services. We’re eagerly looking forward to introducing more new products and services that only Apple could bring to market“.
