LG G Flex KitKat update is being delivered in South Korea

We’ve heard of LG’s plans to deliver Knock Code to the G Flex — and the G2 — and 4K video capabilities have been rumored to land with a software refresh not so long ago. Well, as it turns out, LG’s flexible curved smartphone is getting its Android KitKat update; however, for the time being, only devices in South Korea are on the distribution list.

The changes and additions, aside from the above mentioned Knock Code, include improvements to the Bluetooth Car-Kit controls, as well as performance improvements which come with Google’s ART. Other devices (outside of LG’s home turf) should soon follow, so don’t worry if you are not rocking a South Korean variant of the phone.
