One of the biggest benefits that Moto G customers have found, aside from the fact that they’re paying half as much for such a powerful smartphone, is the fact that Motorola has mastered Android software updates. Today, if you want to get the latest and greatest version of Android at an affordable price, there’s now way to beat the Moto G. That said, the benefits of the early adopter aren’t necessarily positive, and that’s been the case for some Moto G customers.
As it turns out people are now complaining of the smartphone losing connectivity in the Motorola support forums. Some even claim that the phone doesn’t even detect the SIM card at times, which is a similar problem that some of us experienced with the old Motorola Atrix HD as well. Apparently the problem is solved after a few minutes for some, and others have had to reset the phone to fix the problem.
The cause of the problem hasn’t yet been confirmed, and Motorola hasn’t claimed knowledge of the issue either, so please stay tuned, as we’ll keep an eye on the problem for you.
