Codenamed M8, the phone is expected to be a follow-up/refresh to last year’s One flagship (the M7), tentatively named One+ or One Two. We’ve been hearing about this phone for quite some time, with rumors trying to both anticipate its specifications and hint its announcement date. There was even a fan-made concept of the phone.
The image above (full size at the source link below) has been leaked claiming to be the upcoming phone’s official wallpaper. Judging by the dimensions of the PNG file (2160×1920 pixels), we are most likely going to see a Full HD 1080p screen on the phone.
Additional hear-say from the end of last year tried to predict either a Snapdragon 800, or, the newest, 805 SoC at the phone’s core, 16GB of expandable internal storage, and, of course, Android 4.4. Additionally, we’ve heard chatter about possible dual-camera, and some cases pictured seem to predict a strange arrangement on the back of the device.
