Pebble Steel: hands-on (Video)

Pebble’s just gone official with the Pebble Steel, its metal-bodied, thinner, and quite frankly better-looking follow up to its already successful Pebble smartwatch.

As we told you moments ago, the new Pebble Steel doesn’t make many big changes to the smartwatch’s internals, giving Steel all the same functionality as its predecessor – including access to the upcoming Pebble app store – while doing its darnedest to really nail the aesthetics.

Sure, it looks good, but how does it feel? Will we all soon be ditching out first-gen Pebbles in favor of that luxurious feeling of metal on the skin? We scored the opportunity to put the Pebble Steel directly up against last year’s model at the CES, and have a quick hands-on video to show you just what we learned. Take a look below:
