With Android 4.4, dubbed KitKat, already official, the race is on for manufacturers (and their carrier partners) to update phones to Google’s latest and greatest. We’ve already seen HTC’s plans on refreshing the software on the HTC One and now we’re seeing details coming from Motorola (a Google company).
You’ll find a special page at the source below where you can select your carrier and phone model in order to check whether the 4.4 update will be available. Among the phones that will get the KitKat treat are the Moto X, DROID ULTRA, DROID MAXX, and DROID Mini. Chances are also big that Motorola will skip the Android 4.3 update altogether and, instead, update some phones directly to Android 4.4.
