Not a day goes by without a Nexus 5 rumor: yesterday we’ve seen a leak of the phone dressed in white — after a fresh render of the black variant — and also a screen grab testifying that retailers are preparing to welcome the yet unannounced LG-made Google pure-Android. More recently, a carrier jumped the gun, because there’s always someone with an itchy finger.
WIND Mobile has posted a pre-registration form to its Facebook page — you guessed it, it’s already been taken down. Those interested in the Nexus 5 were able to fill out the form. Not only that, but the full spec-sheet was also published, not that it brings anything unheard of to the table. We’re seeing a 4.95-inch screen with 1920×1080 resolution and 445 ppi, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, 1.3MP front-facing and 8MP rear-facing OIS cameras, 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16 and 32GB storage options, WiFi (2.4G/5G) 802.11 a/b/g/n/ncNFC (Android Beam) / Bluetooth 4.0, as well as Android 4.4 KitKat powering everything.
The phone should measure 69.17 x 137.84 x 8.59 mm and weight 130 grams.
Hey Google! We’re still waiting!
