HTC One Max launches next week, but, depending on which report you believe, it might happen on a particular day, or another one. The phablet is probably HTC’s worst kept secret — or best controlled leak — ever, as we’ve seen and heard different aspects of the phone over time. Now, finally, it looks like HTC is about to unveil it officially.
The invitation above has been sent out by HTC Taiwan and refers to an event happening in Kaohsiung on October 18. The Wall Street Journal has its money on October 15, while confirming the fingerprint scanner at the back, which we’re pretty much taking for granted already. Then, another invitation, from Hong Kong, this time, refers to an October 16 event.
We might see different dates for the device, it might be just a time zone thing in some of the cases, or there will be different events altogether. However, it is safe to assume that next week is the week for the One Max unveiling, and we’ll definitely keep you posted!
