Over the weekend we’ve seen a leaked press render allegedly depicting the Nokia Lumia 929, which is expected, as per the report, to land on Verizon’s network soon. Today we’re taking a look at what is claimed to be the back of said device, in its black color flavor.
Aside from the Verizon and 4G LTE logos printed on the bottom, there’s nothing really interesting, aside from the 20MP call-out for the camera. It completes the Nokia, PureView, and Zeiss branding, and it seems to confirm previous rumors of the phone’s imaging capabilities — which seem to match those on another rumored device, the Lumia 1520. The Lumia 929 is either expected to be a carrier flavor of the Lumia 1520, or a carrier specific model based on the upcoming phablet, which will bring 1080p screens, Snapdragon 800 processors, as well as GDR3, to Windows Phone.
